Prerequisites
Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 12 years old. This makes the PADI Basic Freediver course ideal for younger students who are just starting their underwater exploration.
Swimming Ability: You should be comfortable in the water and able to swim at least 200 meters (656 feet) without stopping, or 300 meters (984 feet) with mask, fins, and snorkel.
Physical Health: A reasonable level of physical fitness is necessary. A medical questionnaire must be completed before beginning the course.
